Speedo NET driver and Intel PRO100+ PCI controller!!

Hi,
just very bad experience with speedo driver for ethernet Intel PRO 100+
PCI card. Board itself is detected by ethernet address is diffrent than
manufactured one. I have a small local network where mostly all computers
are Compaq Despro series with the same ethernet controller in each of them.
When NT is booted there is no problem (ethernet address is ok). When QNX RTP
6.0 is booted ifconfig returns mostly 00:b4:00:80:d2:9c as an ethernet
address. Any similiar experience?

Janusz.

Yes, it is a known problem. One solution would be to restart io-net by
hand and pass the mac= option to the driver.
