newer XPhoton / XFree86 ?

The 6.2.1 public repository has XPhoton V 4.2. In some places I found a 4.3 version, but just as a ‘source patch’. I’m not into building XPhoton and/or XFree86 by myself.

Is there a ready-to-install package, like on the 6.2.1 QNX Repository, that contains newer versions of XPhoton and/or XFree86?
