Where can I get “/cd/bin/phinstall” ?
I want to patch QNX4.

From a product suite CD.

You need to insert the QNX product suite CD and follow the instructions given in the installation notes.

Do you know how to get phinstall without CD ?

Ask your supplier/reseller. You need phinstall and pkginstall for QNX4 / Photon 1.x. If they can’t help you, contact QNX.
