Dial up problem

Hi
New QNX user.
Upon connection i get the following two messages.
pppd started - then a few seconds then - pppd closed connection.
Help anyone please?

Please include more specifiy information about the failure, it’s context and
logging information (take a look at syslogd for a logger) as well as all the
commands/parameters that you use to get to the failure. Try starting pppd
with extra verbosity, and check the logs to see where/why it’s failing.
