Is there a High Availability Manager?

In the QNX 6 System Architecture guide there is a chapter about a High
Availability Manager (HAM). This is the only information on this manager I
have found is it available?

If so how do I get it what kind of license is then needed?

It is available as a part of the High Availability toolkit – you need
to order it. There is further documentation in the toolkit.
