Big filesystem crash

Hi,
Don’t know what happened exactly!
The network configuration is (just to see):

\

Global Intranet

serveur_qnx qrtp station completely freezed when I tried, from the NT
station, to explore //serveur_qnx/net/val_22089/ directory tree. So, I
had to switch off the computer.
The hd0t78 partition, mounted as /usr/local was seriously damaged (Why
this one !?), I was unabled to chkfsys it and I found no other solution
but to dinit it and to retrieve my files from a backup.

I don’t know which program caused the crash but finaly the filesystem
was seriously corrupted!

Alain;
