I am a QNX4 user and would like to know how to read the hardisk serial number and or the Pentium processor serial number. Hoping some one can help with this.
I remember Jens H Jorgensen jhj@remove-nospam-videk.com was doing this harddisk serial number thing last year. Maybe he can shed some lights.
Or you can add some inline assembly to read the Pentium serial (assuming user has it enabled in the BIOS). this link may be useful: paradicesoftware.com/specs/cpuid/ by the way, google is your friend.
