Thanks sir, But i am a learner & i can’t afford that much also. I was asking
whether can we get the said chapter as freely downloadable as you have given
in your website some sample chapter.
Hope you can consider my request
Unfortunately, we cannot. There are already two chapters downloadable freely.
(The clocks and timers chapter appears on the website, and that as well
as the (I believe) processes and threads chapter appears on the QNX 6 CD).
If we put the whole book on the web, we wouldn’t sell any

Hi Rob, long time no see!!
I’ve done a lot of sucessful implementations in QNX, and now i’m
trying
to
getting better…
you know any good source of information?
Unfortunately, only what’s in the book and the docs… Most of the
resource managers
I’ve worked on have been proprietary… I’m sure others will pipe up,
though, if
they are aware of anything useful/available…
Cheers,

Hi
I think RK’s book “Getting started with QNX Neutrino 2” is all
what
you
need in addition to helpviewer docs and standard algorithms found
in
any
good CS book. The book is a bit expensive though (US$60) so you
may
consider sharing it with somebody else interested in QNX.
Nah, he said writing a good resource manager > > >
(Thanks for the plug)
Cheers,
