Communication on QNet

I would not like to rewrite my QNX4 server program to a resource manager
and need a network link. My experiments with name_locate or
mig4nto-procmgr all failed.

Is there a possibility to communicate on QNet without writing a resource
manager ?
Is there a small example of it ?
Did anybody write a name service as resource managers ?
