Contractor available...

Hi folks,

I’ll be available in the new year for fun and exciting contracting
opportunities. I’m particularly interested in embedded, realtime,
or systems architecture work. I have experience in a wide range of
areas, including process control, device drivers, and telecoms.

You can view my online resume at:

Hey, he could come work with Graeme, Jeff and I. We’ve got about 15 million
lines of GNU source that he can help us with…

For the record, I’ll take all the documentation work I can get my hands on,
or manage.

Things are slow out there!

There’s only so much doc work I can take, and three months seems to be the
upper limit. After that, I just stare at the screen, and that was starting
to happen, so I resigned.

Yup. Cheer up, things’ll get worse

My problem is that I look at the product that I’m documenting and start
documenting all the ways that it should be improved. (In a separate
document, not the user doc.)
