Mouse pointers in PWM have wrong hotspot/position when moved to
upper/lower border of a window.
It turns into ‘resize’ shape but most of it remains below window border
yet. Your natural desire is to move it over, but it turns into another
shape immediately, since ‘resize’ zone appears to be only one pixel
high/wide.
