I haven’t used xvidtune or fbset, but I’m guessing they’re for
tweaking display parameters in order to perform display centering
and refresh control. We hope to have something along these lines
in the future, but it will not work with all video drivers
(e.g. the vesabios driver, or other drivers that use the BIOS
to switch video modes).
