ped bad font in dialog box

When I open a read only file and try to save it, I got the following
message:

I think the message is not complete

another problem with ped

sometimes, few invisible characters (value>0x7f ) are inserted by ped in source code.
so we have error when compiling. If I want to see these characters, I have to use an another editor
like wedit (Watcom editor).
