Please set an option so that the mouse locks on the scrollbar while scrolling. It is so annoying when scrolling and reading pages to find that the mouse is no longer on the scrollbar but instead on a hyperlink or something it shouldn’t be over. That makes it a pain to have to look away from the page and back at the mouse cursor and move it to the appropriate place on the scrollbar to continue scrolling. I would appreciate some kind of option to enable a sticky feature which sticks the mouse to the scrollbar while scrolling as well as the ability to turn the feature off whenever it isn’t necessary.
