PtCreateDialog()

hi,

I’d like to use the PtCreateDialog() function, but it’s not documented…
so would it be naughty to use it? Or is it ok to use just no one has written
the docs for it yet?

I asked the developer, and he says it should be documented. He’s going to
send me the information. Thanks for pointing it out.
