I’ve the probelem that I’am trying to use the PtOSContainer for a
flickerless animation of some images.
On my development machine running under 6.0 patch B using a AGP card
everything works fine,
but on the target machine that is also running under 6.0 patch B with a
“geode” CPU and a cyrix video driver the results are horrible.
It is not only just flickering, some of the output is just not done or not
visible.
The video card has no own memory, it uses 4MB shared RAM.

it seams to be a problem with the libphexlib.so.1
I’m not quite sure in which order the target machine was updated, first QNX
patch B then X Photon patch A or vice versa.
After I’ve copied the lib from my development machine to the target machine
it works fine.
/x86/lib/libphexlib.so.1 @ development - machine: size=69023 Feb 26
/x86/lib/libphexlib.so.1 @ target - machine: size=422796 Jan 19
p.s.: on a machine running 6.1 there are even more problems.
the container displays its children with wrong offsets
and the bit blitting also seams not to work
p.p.s: it would be nice if the path B would be availible via the www
repository
