I am a newuser for QNX. there is a 16M DOC(M-Systems)on my pc104 board.and I have installer QNX 6.20 ,but i don’t know how to write a buildfiles and make a bootable floppy.img to boot my target. Thanks. 
Hi, you may go into the QNX help ion and search for building images, There you´ll find some examples.
