Move Window between 2 computers

Hi All,

I have worked with QNX4 in the past. Currently I am taking an OS class, we
haven’t been taught any QNX. However I was assigned a project to do 2
things on a QNX6 system:

  1. Move a Photon window from one computer to another. Can anyone give me
    the steps to setup to demonstrate this.

  2. This is non-photon related: How do I spawn a process on a remote node
    on QNX6.

I have spent many hours going through the online documents and searching the
Web, but haven’t been successful.

I really need to get some help for this project. Please HELP. Thank you.

What do you mean by “moving a window to another computer”?

Is this something like QNX4/Photon’s JumpGates?

This really depends what you mean.

display on the other computers screen? whole window? draggable?
magically move it?
please be more specific.

Read about QNET. you would probably want to read the documentation on

the utility ‘on’ too.
