Printing on network printers?

Hello NG,

does anybody know, how I can print on a network printer from a photon
application? I didn’t find anything in the docs …

Under QNX4 I used to do this with a certain ‘lpsrvr’ queue, that
called ‘lpr’ finally, but I couldn’t find anything similar in the
‘spooler’ docs.

TIA,

Karsten.

Hello Karsten,

Take a look at the "Connecting Printers, Terminals and Other I/O Devices
section in the following documentation.
http://www.qnx.com/developer/docs/qnx_6.1_docs/sysadmin/docs/wip.html

Regards,
Dave B.

It will be much better when the re-write is done.
