Supplied install of Perl not quite correct..

Hi, I’m not sure if this has been reported before but the supplied version
of Perl isn’t configured properly after installation. Specifically the
Config.pm file that is setup when perl is configured prior to being built
has references to the paths “/fs/qnx1” etc which won’t exist and which makes
it impossible to install any additional packages until the file is edited by
hand… It would be helpful if it was either built with a different path that
matches where it actually installed the files, or if the file was edited to
reflect the installation paths prior to being put into the RTP package
manager file format…

Marisa

I directly tweaked my Config.pm file and saw improvement after that,
although I can’t say everything’s perfect yet…

That is what I did, too. I just wanted to make sure whoever maintained it
was aware it was distributed that way…

Thanks, I’ll get them to patch the archive.
