I can add a link to _qrtp_en/lib_ref, but feel like the install should have done that for me. What have others done, or did the patch B update mess up somehow?

From your directory listings, it looks like you don’t have the Library
Reference at all. Did you install the QNX software develeopment package?
If not, you get just the System Architecture guide and the Utilities Reference,
both of which have links to the development docs.
(Lots of people have tripped over this, so the latest version of the
documentation roadmap mentions it.)

Yes I somehow missed that and finally figured it out while trying to install patch C. It complained about missing parts. BTW the packager crashed when I told it to try to find mssing parts. I finally went back to Patch B - saw where I’d missed the docs and maybe other things. Adding them allowed patch C to install OK. It even trashed my hand made links properly.
