Precompiled headers

Hey,

This may seem easy but how do you use precompiled headers in a makefile?

I have found the ‘-precomp’ in the docs but the ‘how’ is not very apparent.
I
also tried 20 or 30 pages of google hits but nobody had a sample out there
either…
