Callig a window module on event

I’m new to this whole phab thing, so I was hoping someone could help me out. I want to call a window module that I have created whenever a condition evaluates to true. how would I do this.?

Thanks. I’ve been looking for this fo a couple of days. I’ve seen this page several times, but never managed to wee my way through it to what I needed
