No. AFAIK, it’s a QNX only tool/frontend for gcc

In house we have the skeleton of a Linux SDK that would, among other things,
include qcc. We just haven’t seen any business case for selling a Linux SDK
yet. If some reasonably sized customer were to want to do Linux hosted
development I would expect that it would become a reality in fairly short
order. Of course, as a junior tools developer, my opinion is worth exactly
as much as what you paid for it.
