QNX NAT = PNP?

Hi,

AFAIK, QNX NAT is based on what was previously available under QNX4 as
Photon Network Probe (PNP). Yet there is almost no information available
about NAT itself - can we use PNP factsheets and docs to refer to NAT? Will
there be many differences from what PNP for QNX4 was?

I’m not sure whom to ask though for I don’t know exactly who did the port -
JoHeR or QSSL

Thanks,

  • Nick

Not sure what you are asking for.

PNP is more like a packet inspect tools, I don’t think it have anything
to do with “Network Address Translation”.

For filter/nat, try “http://www.qnxzone.com/~xtang/ipfilter/
see if it fits your needs.

Aha, yet another acronym collision

I meant the QNX Network Analysis Toolkit which’s already in QNX pricelist,
but still marked as TBA.
