I was just installing the IDE on a system, and wanted to make sure
everything was working so I made a couple simple modifications to the
default project that it creates and went to save them.
When I saved I got a popup box saying:
Save Failed: null
So I thought maybe I would quit the IDE and start it over again, when I
exited the IDE I got the following err message:
Save All Failed: org.eclipse.core.internal.utils.UniversalUniqueIdentifier

Has anybody else seen this happen?
It is trying to look up your hostname, and failing – try putting your
hostname in your /etc/hosts file.
