Citrix - RTP

Gentlemen:
We have a NT Metaframe server running at Encryption Level 5 - RCS5
(128Bit).

I have copied over the salient configuration options we use under NT and
Windows95 appserv.ini to the the QNX appserv.ini.

When I execute I get a message that indicates I have been dnied access
because my client does not support the correct Encryption Level.

Questions:
Does the ICS client for QNX support EncryptionLevel=5, RCS(128BIT)?
If so how do I correctly configure my .ini’s?
If not when will it?

No. The ica client only supports basic encryption

Work on this has not been scheduled and would require
moving to a more recent code drop from Citrix.
(and I don’t know if there would be export restrictions
preventing it)
Feel free to present your case to your sales rep.

BTW If I were to make a wild unsubstantiated guess
it would take months to rewrite the qnx client for
the latest Citrix source base…

What is the difference between Citrix ICA and fs-cifs?

What is the difference between Citrix ICA and fs-cifs?

Beside the fact they are totally unrelated pieces of software, that
don’t have even remotely similar functionality

Citrix ICA:
App(s) run(s) on a server, display is ported to a client
(e.g. RTP’s ica), where user interacts with app as if it
is running locally.
Windows & Unix apps are supported, using Citrix Metaframe
for Windows or Unix.
Printing is supported.
Client generally doesn’t have (or need) any local storage,
everything happens on the server or network.

fs-cifs:
Provides only file system access to Windows filesystems.
Printers also, I believe.

They really are very different.
