Dear Sirs
I have a copy of QNX RTP on my PC.
I need advice on whether Frank Kolnick’s
book on QNX 4 would also be a suitable
guide for QNX RTP.
Kolnick’s book is described in
http://qdn.qnx.com/support/bok/solution.qnx?4275
Many thanks.
Yours faithfully

No offense to Frank’s fine book, but it would not
be nearly as useful as Rob Krten’s Neutrino book.

Or, Frank Kolnick could write a book on Neutrino that was just as good as
his book on QNX4. I own
both Rob’s & Frank’s books on QNX4 and found Frank’s to be a much better
book from my stand
point.
I also own Rob’s book on Neutrino which is pretty good but doesn’t really
cover the OS from the ground
up.

Hi…
I wonder if any body knows if Rob Krten will come up with a Nto 2.1 book
any time soon?
I heard rumblings of a second edition several months ago. I’d
check parse.com to see if he’s got any mention of a timeline for
release. Actually, I’m suprised RK hasn’t popped up on this
thread yet…
Also, were could I get Rob’s book on Nto? Amazon.com?
I’ve heard that you can get it from there, yes. Since I got my
(signed!) copy at the booklaunch, I never had to investigate
retail avenues.
Hope this helps.

Who built the booklaunch ? Sounds like something Pat Ford would cook up

Nah - it didn’t have anything explosive attached…
