Kirilla would like to ANNOUNCE the release of the second
version of PhCam (still in alpha version).
PhCam enable a Personal-Computer running QNX RTP to
download pictures from a digital camera.
- Changes from the previous release :
→ Selected pictures are now more visible (as selected).
→ Downloading severals images use now a specific window
that allow to specify the location, file basename and
starting number.
- Additions from the previous release :
→ Picture deletion from the camera.
→ PhCam will remember the folder where images has been
saved (as well as basename used and start number) over
session.
- Bugs fixed from the previous release :
→ Scrollbar not displayed when the downloading of previews
is done and that more pictures have been taken that can be
shown in the widget.
→ Image displayed when connecting are removed if the
connection to the camera failed after they have been added.
→ Changing the serial port before connecting do not change
the serial port in use.
→ Protocol’s Informations window not centered on the main
window.
→ Case where the pictures summary is not available on the
Camera was leading to an error of communication.
→ Crash when the serial device doesn’t not exists.

I just submited PhCam to tucows … I dunno how long it will take for
them to include (or reject) it.
