Stoopid question: how to integrate .wav into html?

Hi folks,

stoopid, and somewhat off-topic question.

How do I integrate a .wav file into html? I want to have a graphic
“<img src=” kind of thing and associate a .wav file with it so that
as soon as you enter that page the .wav file starts playing.

What’s the magic?
