The colors of JPGs loaded in GIMP (RTP 6.2) are wrong!?!?
It seems that somewhere there is a RGB->BGR translation.
Has anyone seen/fixed this?
Is it an issue with XPhoton, GIMP, or something else?
Thanks,
-david

have you tried to run it under the native xfree86?
check the openqnx mailing list if you need help on
setting up real X Window on QNX6.

In short, no. I know GIMP works as expected under XFree86 (on any
supported platform/OS). My problem is with GIMP on XPhoton on Photon ![]()

Known issue David. I fixed it for my previous port, but for some reason the
gimp plugin, when built on QNX, flips the colours around. I forget how to
fix it but I will figure it out again and it will be part of 6.2.1.

now I read the post from cdm, most likely your statement is untrue.
gimp should fail in xfree86 (on qnx) too if it is a gimp port issue.
the reason I asked you to try it with xfree86/qnx was to isolate
whether the problem is XPhoton or gimp qnx port itself.

You have to link against the JPEG libs provided by QSSL … if you are
going to use gimp with XPhoton.
