SPIN - System Performance monItor for Neutrino

Hello,

I am looking for the SPIN source code,

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

A. Y.

Last I heard QSS would host all the source code for the applications
on the 3rd party CD. I’ve been looking for source code for some
other apps on the CD, maybe someone can tell us where is the site?

All the source to the apps are on the CD itself.

On http://www.qnx.com/deveopers/, where it has always been.

this URL gives 404 Not Found
http://www.qnx.com/developer/ seems better.
I digged into that URL, and found three links under
“3rd party Software”:
Repository for Neutrino v6.1
Beta Repository for Neutrino v6.2
Download ISO 442MB

None of them are for 6.2.1
the ISO is dated 13 Nov 2002

The 6.2.1 3rd Party stuff is still only in beta. When it is released

that’s what I thought, but you gave me the false hope that the ISO
is out somewhere that I don’t know
In the past, the 3rd party CD ships with the PE. That’s why I even
believed you

Sorry - we delayed the 3rd party disc to give some time for the online
repository to get more testing.

well, without the 6.2.1 NC, you probably won’t get too much “more”
testing anyway

I can’t see xpdf and openssh in this repository. Also there are weird

things like “Gaphics convertion”. Should be “Graphics” i suppose
Why Mysql and PostgreSQL are in different groups ?
(using pkg-installer from qnx 6.2nc, connected to contrib/repository621a)

I just browsed
http://download.qnx.com/contrib/repository621a/repository.qrm
it does have xpdf and openssh mentioned.

Using pkg-installer in 6.2 NC, right ?

using mozilla to open that URL

Don’t use that. It cannot manage the newer package formats.

Ouch. So, may I beg you to put patched xpdf-2.01 sources somewhere ?

even though cdm mentioned “All the source to the apps are on the CD itself.”,
since this URL is not really a CD, I doubt the source can be found there
even if you have the “new” installer.

Thank you, I know xpdf source is not in the repository.

I just thought it is repository bug: I can see xpdf in repository index
file, but I do not see it in pkg-installer.
As I told you on #qnx xpdf built from source crashes for me, and I don’t
know why.
Actually I am not in a rush with that (just wanted to include it in my
article), so I am just waiting for 6.2.1 and new pub CD.
