Is there a public list of known bugs for a particular version of QNX? It
would seem to save developers quite a bit of time if we don’t have to debug
problems that the company already is tracking.

There is not a public list. The best way to find out would be to post your
problem here in the newsgroups. These groups are frequently monitored by
QSSL employees and therefore if it’s a known bugs, you will be told. This
way you may get a work around as well.
