How to make the rlogin successful?

I tried the utility “rlogin” to want to login on the remote server, but I
failed.
The following sentences are wrong?
$rlogin -l guest terry
but The infomation is “the server refuses the request”, how to make my login
successful?

If the server is operating on QNX, is the “login” line of its
/etc/inetd.conf file uncommented, and is it running inetd?

My meaning is :
I have two machine with QNX 6.0,so I want to login on one machine from the
other machine.I used the utility “rlogin”,But I was refused.
I think that it must be some port not to be opened.
Could somebody tell me why and how I configure my machine?
Thanks.
