The Quake3 hardware tests failed. What the minimum hw for this. I have no find any infos or files that help me?

It’s not minimum, in fact with maximum hardware it may still not work. For hardware support you need a 3dfx card (glide). I read you can set Quake to use software rendering engine but that will probably make the game rather slow.
