What is the state of the System Administration Guide? It says that it is a
work in progress but if is last updated in March. Is it still in progress?

I’m afraid that we haven’t had any time to work on it since March. 
This isn’t a good thing, but our resources are rather limited. Dave’s spending
all his time updating and correcting the Utilities Reference.

OK. I only went back to look at it becuase there were other places where
the RTP documentation is “sparse”. For me, it’s not so must the utilities
them selves that need work but the thoery documents, i.e. system
architecture.

I can send information regarding to “International support” chapter, almost
everything that user need to get russian language supported. ( including pterm
fonts, reassigning buttons for language switching, tuning voyager and so on. ).
But it need to be rewritten in right english language
