Can not use Phindows

I can not use Phindows 1.20 with Photon 1.14. When I execute Phindows on
Win2k via TCP after the second line
Phindows - Waiting for phrelay on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
I receive on error message:
Could not link shared object ‘phlib_s11’ – No such file or directory
and that’s all. Does anybody know why? However this file is in the same
directory as phrelay (usr/photon/bin). After executing the phrelay
manually on the QNX station everything works good but it is not a
solution for me.

That version of phrelay was incorrectly linked with
the photon shared library (as opposed to static library)
If the library has not been loaded and the path to it is
not in LD_LIBRARY_PATH, you will get this error.

If upgrading is not an option, you can manually load the
library from your sysinit file
