S3 Savage 4 driver for Photon1.13

Hi:
I have a customer who is currently using QNX4.25/Photon1.13 who is probably
stuck with that configuration for the immediate future. He is being forced
to upgrade his product line to use a motherboard with the S3 Savage 4
chipset. With some playing around, it looks like we may be able to get the
VESA driver to work – however, I wonder if there is any other solution for
this configuration.

Thanks
Lionel

Hi Lionel,

There is an S3 Savage 4 driver (Pg.s3_savage) available on the
latest release for Photon1.14 (May2001) and in the a December
graphics BETA patch. Altough we haven’t tried it with Photon 1.13,
it should work.

Regards,

Joe
