Can the menu color be changed from default gray? I don’t see this
resource in the PhAB, and have tried set this within code with no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.

No, I’m afraid you’re stuck with grey. Photon 2.0 allows you
(from code - not yet via PhAB) to set colours, though. I saw
this running earlier this week.
I know of no plans to change this for Photon 1.1x, sorry.
