I can’t find out how to retrieve (from code) the command-line arguments
of a process just like sin with format a does? Could anyone please give

List an initialization function in the “Application Startup Information”
screen, off the Application Menu. Save and do a Generate, and then
look at the prototype function created. That should solve your problem.
