Balloons in scrollareas

Hi,
I have a PtScrollArea on which I use ApCreateWidget to place a column of
text boxes, which have PT_SHOW_BALLOON set.
However, the balloon only apears over the text boxes that were created in
the original visible part of the scroll area.
Any Ideas ?
