Ptermcs crashes on save

Hi all,

There seems to be a problem with the ptermcs utility which comes with
Photon 1.14. It crashes with a SIGSEGV almost whenever you try to
save a charset file. Simple test: I selected ‘default’ for ANSI
charset, ‘866’ for internal charset and ‘KOI8’ for font charset, then
tried to File/Save it - bang.

I’ve uploaded a gzipped postmortem dump to our home dir (/u/s/swdstp),
could you QSSL people have a look please? It’s an important issue for
us due to local Cyrillic support options demand. Thank you.

P.S. BTW, are there any plans for a similar thing under Photon 2?

Thanks,

  • Nick

Put there also extension .cs
without extension it throws SIGSEGV
but with the extension, it works fine.

Sometimes it does, sometimes it does not - in my last case adding an
extension didn’t help.

I’ll submit this bug to QDN website also.
