This is a known problem PR14832

You can fix it yourself by changing the
open(/dev/mem); mmap() -to- mmap_device_memory()
munmap() -to- munmap_device_memory()

XFree86.0.log : the error log of “XFree86 -xf86config /root/XF86Config.new”
XF86Config.new.1 : the my modification of XF86Config.new compared with
XF86Config-4 file
XFree86.0.log.1 : the error log of “XFree86 -xf86config
