I’ve tried to fined A/D-D/A boards(ISA/PCI) with QNX drivers for quite
some time but without success. Can someone help me?

Check out http://www.ueidaq.com ! The QNX 6 drivers might not be listed but
they do exist …excellent people to work with as well as great hardware.
