The charter of qdn.public.news explicitly
says “Information about this service” (i.e About qdn.* NNTP service).
I don’t think it had changed since the creation.
QSSL: the charter should say “Information about qdn.* newsgroups” for clarity.
The fact that everybody uses it as “Info about MY service”
should be told as another long hairy story.
