I download driver files from ftp.qnx.com but it is dos format files.
How do I do to convert it to qnx files?

Most of the stuff under /usr/free2 is in qnx2 format, and the stuff
under /usr/free is in QNX4 (Unix) format. What did you get that
was in DOS format?
BTW, since you’re posting in the QNX2 newsgroup, I’m assuming you are using
QNX version 2.21 or earlier. Under QNX4 or later, there is a textto utility
that will convert between QNX2/DOS/QNX4 formats for text files. (One does
exist for QNX2, but it isn’t shipped standard, it would have to be downloaded
from ftp.qnx.com:/usr/free2/quantum/util/textto)
