LBA hard drive and QNX2.21

I currently have a hard drive that uses LBA mode and a BIOS that does not
have
the flexibility to turn this mode off or switch addressing modes. Are
there any
tricks or any work-arounds to allow QNX 2.21 to run on this LBA hard
drive?

Maybe, just maybe, you could work with:

ftp.qnx.com:/usr/free2/disk/drivers/disk.ata

(Might also want: disk.ata.install, which describes how to install/use
the disk.ata.)
