Because I am living in Helsinki, Finland, I am trying to find out an US
keyboard PS/2.
There is no way to find out this kind of keyboard here. Therefore I have
an UK layout but if I am using emacs
in Photon am stucked and is not working with UK layouts.
Therefore you guys do you know a cheap way to order an US keyboard from
USA Canada with moneyorder or whatever without credit cards mechanisms ?
I don’t have a credit card!

Relatively cheap PS2 keyboards, and they take money orders (finalize
your order, print out the invoice and send it back with the money
order).
Another option would be to bid on a keyboard on ebay and pay via
paypal.com, where you can put money into your account using standard
EFT from your checking account.
