We are port a QNX2 app to QNX 4 and Neutrino. In QNX 2 we use the
Search command to set node level search order. The closest thing we can
locate in QNX4 or Neutrino is Path and Prefix. But, neither do this
same function as search did.
Is there a command in QNX4 and/or Neutrino that will provide the same
function as Search in QNX 2???
It just goes to show you… You can’t take capability away from your
cusomer.
Thanks,
Larry

No, there isn’t. With PATH and prefix (QNX4), and possibly symlinks,
or PATH, and the various links under Neutrino, you have the closest
you can get.
Most of what you did with search, you should be able to do – but
it just may be a bit (or a lot) more complicated.
