Let’s face it, Microsoft still denies the existence of Linux, never mind
QNX. Doubt they would have an ODBC driver for QNX.

probably bg dosn’t like penguins or dosn’t know how to cook it ?

guess so too.
if seriously, as a solution: use some gateway to access ms sql server.
for example, sybase sql anywhere, probably cogent connectivity
(http://www.cogent.ca) or smth like this. there’s really a little hope
to find a native qnx client to access it dirrectly (but i’m not sure for
100%).
on the over hand, there’s ready tested solution from sybase that works
very well both client/server parts for qnx4 so you can access ms sql server
or some other db over network from qnx4 machine or sybase sql anywhere
server on qnx4 machine from win32 with odbc or in combinations.

Armin,
Thanks for the info on iODBC. I found a couple of similar ODBC
packages including some TDS based stuff, but I have not seen this one.
I discussed the issue with our customer, and we decided for the limited
access to the database required, that we would use XML wrapped in HTML.
Nice and simple.
I was beginning to get the feeling that any interface to SQL Server 2000
was going to be ugly.

P.S. Did the original request under my wife Janes e-mail.

Microsoft bought about a quarter of Corel last year, I think
they are pretty much aware of Linux existence
